Equine Hoof Care NZ is about looking at the entire horse as a whole, 90% of issues start from the ground up leading into other problems with the horse's body. We strive for optimal hoof function, correct loading of the hooves, life style and nutrition that will provide physiological and psychological health for our horses. Also how we interact with our horses is a big factor. We promote horsemanship methods so our horses can become our partners, whether we just ride for pleasure or at a high level of competition. If problems or pathology occurs, we try to find the cause of the problem and then remove the cause, which will restore optimal health.

Equine Dental Care NZ main goal is to provide the horse with a high quality service that benefits its health. Our job as an equine dentist is to help your horses or donkeys to maintain a balanced mouth so optimal function of all the teeth such as incisor, premolar and molars is possible. This also aids in optimal digestion of their foods to increase their longevity. Comfort of biting (if used) is also essential; this is achieved by bit seating. We cover areas from North Auckland to as far as you can go north, based in Okaihau, Northland.
